Elinor Freer has performed as soloist and chamber musician across the United States, Europe, Mexico, and China, including appearances in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Bonn, Prague, Moscow, Beijing, and many other cities. A prizewinner in the Joanna Hodges International Piano Competition and the American Pianists Association Auditions, she has been the recipient of numerous awards including fellowships at the Steans Insitute of the Ravinia Festival and at the Tanglewood Music Center.

Ms. Freer holds degrees with honors from the Cleveland Institute of Music, the University of Southern California, and the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht. Committed to bringing classical music to new audiences, she has been awarded multiple grants from the National Endowment for the Arts for various residencies and outreach performances.
